It was hot and sunny for our Mark Twain Lake Tournament. With high water
conditions and a two foot a day drop in the water level fishing would prove to
be tough! The fish seemed to be spread over the entire lake with no real
pattern. Finding fish was tough and getting them to bite was even tougher.
We would have only four teams make it to this tournament. First place for
$160.00 went to Glen Luckett and Glen Jasper with their catch of one fish for
2.5#. They would also win the big fish pot of $80.00 with that same 2.5# fish.
Chris Cordia and JD Richardson took home a 100 pound spring fish scale
from our Bass Pro sponsor for their second place finish with 1.5#. A third
place tie for the team of Curt and Danny Kemp with the team of Keith and
Dylan Aitkens. These two teams would take home a package from our great
sponsors of Eagle claw and Turbo Torch! Also during our weigh in we drew
for the winner of their choice of Danny Kings punch Bait, Curt and Danny
Kemp would win this great product. Thanks to everyone who showed up for
